How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all features of your chosen plan for 30 days, no credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan or your account becomes read-only.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
If you exceed the limits of your new plan, you'll be asked to select which projects and team members to keep. Unselected items will be archived (read-only) for 30 days before deletion. Signed documents are always preserved.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans save you 17% compared to monthly billing. Pay once per year and lock in your rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans.
Is there a limit on file uploads?
Individual file uploads are limited to 50MB each. Your total storage depends on your plan (5GB Starter, 50GB Pro, 500GB Enterprise). You can always upgrade for more storage.
